Established in 1969, IVE (Morrison Hill) was Hong Kong's first technical institute for vocational education. Located in the historic Wan Chai, it offers quality education and training for students and working adults.
The campus hosts departments in Construction, Engineering, and Design, supported by the Language Centre and Student Development Office, emphasising academic and professional training alongside whole-person development.
Facilities include a BIM Centre, Building Services Laboratory, and the ITCC, preparing students for careers in Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Building Services Engineering.

“IVElite” is a student peer mentoring project to help students to become a self-regulated learner. With the experience of sharing and support from the mentors, students will quickly adjust to the new learning environment and develop a systematic learning strategy.
