    Lecturer
    Applied Science Discipline

    Specialism:
    Pharmacy
     
    Major Duties:
    (a) To perform teaching duties, including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement;
    (b) To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration;
    (c) To develop programme curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment materials; and
    (d)
     
    To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions, including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars, exhibitions, etc.
     
    Requirements:
    (a) A relevant recognized degree, or equivalent professional qualification;
    (b) At least 3 years’ relevant teaching / industry experience;
    (c) Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and
    (d) Applicants should be registered as a Pharmacist and Poisons Board of Hong Kong.
         
    Notes:
    (1) The initial posting is in the IVE (Kwai Chung).
    (2) Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written assessment in English.
    (3) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus.
