IVE (Kwun Tong) offers high-quality and diverse Higher Diploma and Diploma of Foundation Studies programmes, including Business Administration, Design, and Information Technology, tailored to meet the evolving demands of the workforce. The Centre provides simulated job environments for talent assessment and management exercises. It is equipped with various assessment tools such as AI interview platform and VR applications to support student training in the selection and arrangement of valid and reliable tests for identifying skills and abilities that are required in performing specific jobs effectively.
Equipped with mobile devices, computers and AV equipment for photography, filming, editing and online sharing, the studio features a mini beauty salon with complimentary makeup tools and sponsored cosmetics, and regular KOL sessions that train students in digital marketing skills through demonstrations. Students gain hands-on experience through project presentations, event organisation and internships in this creative space.
Studio ONE is a cutting-edge broadcasting hub for digital live streaming. Featuring TriCaster Mini, LUMOplay interactive displays and sliding screens, it gives students hands-on experience creating digital content. This advanced facility develops practical broadcasting skills while keeping learners at media innovation's forefront.
The SHOW BOX features cutting-edge event technology including professional lighting, audio, and an LED screen. Its tracking camera and wireless conferencing system enable hybrid learning, while the 3D scanner/printer support student project prototyping and presentations. This high-tech studio enhances event staging education.
The EXP Theatre is a cutting-edge studio for performing arts, exhibitions, and live commerce training. Its ultra-wide projector enables immersive storytelling, while the portable LED backdrop, digital lighting, and audio console create a customizable space for artists, cultural events, and broadcast training.
The E-commerce Learning Centre is a state-of-the-art facility offering hands-on training in live commerce, media production, and the e-commerce ecosystem. Students gain practical experience in a live commerce studio, equipped with the latest tools for live streaming and audience engagement. Portable equipment allows them to explore various themes and settings, while photo and video facilities support media production skills. The centre also keeps students up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, including e-commerce platform management, digital marketing and data analytics. By combining technical training with industry insights, the centre prepares students for success in the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.

On the event day, participants enjoyed interactive booth games from various academic departments, visited the IVE (Kwun Tong) 50th Anniversary Student Photography Exhibition, and captured memories at exclusive photo spots. All participants also received an exclusive IVE (Kwun Tong) 50th Anniversary gift — leaving with joyful atmosphere.
A heartfelt thank you to all participants, sponsors, teachers and students in Kwun Tong district, and members of the community for enthusiastically joining us in witnessing the “Charity Walk 2025” on September 21! Despite the wind and rain, participants embarked on a meaningful walking journey to support for charity. Along the way, participants enjoyed the beautiful revitalized scenery of Tsui Ping River, while students and volunteer teams cheered them on 💪
In addition to completing the walking challenge, participants also enjoyed interactive games and student busking performances at the final stop along the Kwun Tong Promenade. Everyone left with a delightful gift pack, full of joy and memories. We look forward to more collaborations in the future, uniting community strength to bring love and care to those in need!
The alumni tea gathering brought together graduates across generations and disciplines for a heartfelt homecoming at IVE (Kwun Tong). The event was honored by the presence of Mr. C Kwan and fellow members of our alumni family, who enjoyed meaningful reunions while previewing our new E-commerce Learning Centre, designed for hands-on training. Through guided tours, alumni discovered exciting campus upgrades and relived cherished memories.
In celebration of IVE (Kwun Tong)'s 50th anniversary, we hosted a 50th Anniversary Logo Design Competition, accompanied by an awards ceremony. The winning entry will have the honour of becoming the official 50th Anniversary emblem, featured across all printed materials and commemorative merchandise.
This event will showcase photography works by students from the Diploma in Foundation Studies (Design) programme.

As part of our 50th Anniversary celebrations, we were honoured to host an inspiring alumni sharing session featuring two distinguished graduates, Edith Chong and Pony Choi, in dialogue with our current students.
The alumni recounted their transformative journeys at IVE (Kwun Tong) and revealed how their campus experiences became the foundation for their professional success.
The lively discussion provided attendees with invaluable career insights for our current students. We extend our deepest gratitude to our accomplished alumni for giving back to the IVE community since graduation.
IVE (Kwun Tong) graduates from the Diploma of Foundation Studies (Design) participated in the ‘Sustainable Get Set Go’ Bus Body Design Competition, organized by VTC and KMB. Their finalist works, showcasing environmental awareness and green transportation, will be displayed as bus body advertisements on 2 double-decker buses across Hong Kong. This initiative demonstrates sustainable design by IVE (Kwun Tong)’s young designers and promotes green transportation to the public. Utilizing design, drawing, and computer skills, the graduates transformed environmental awareness into eye-catching bus body designs, enhancing public awareness of environmental protection and green transportation as the buses travel through various communities.
Business students achieved remarkable success in the Yeung Kin Man Youth Industrial Incubation Programme. The project “Improving Brand Awareness of Zomate Fitness” led by the team from HD in Social Media and Digital Marketing won the Champion title, impressing judges with their innovative concepts and earning a scholarship for an industrial visit to Indonesia from July 22 to 26. Additionally, the team from HD in Business with E-commerce secured the 2nd runner-up positions for their project “Profilia – Developing Young Target Segment and Leveraging E-commerce Opportunity”. Both teams showcased exceptional teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills, reflecting the high standards of BA students in the Programme."
Over 200 business students participated in the competition with 6 teams shortlisted for the Final. In January, briefings equipped students with knowledge of banking products and tips for integrated marketing campaign planning. BA students also visited the Hang Seng Bank Headquarters on February 29, attending a research workshop and interacting with staff. The adjudicators from Hang Seng Bank were impressed by the students' creative ideas during the Final Presentation on May 17 and look forward to the next collaborative project to benefit more business students.
