Mission
The Evening Studies Unit works closely together with other operational units for the successful operation of part-time evening programmes and other self-financed programmes. We aim to offer high quality and cost-effective services for the efficient operation of evening programmes.
Services
The Evening Studies Unit at Haking Wong Campus is responsible for evening class administration. We collaborates with academic departments to organize and operate the evening programmes.
Our service mainly includes the following:
| - | Supervising the operation of and providing general support to evening programmes, running on campus and at outside centres |
| - | Allocating and monitoring the utilization of teaching rooms and computer rooms |
| - | Co-ordinating cancellation and make-up class arrangements |
| - | Handling and processing payments for part-time staff |
| - | Planning and monitoring the part-time evening budget |
