| Library staff is available at the Circulation Counter to assist users in retrieving library information and in using library resources efficiently. |

| All the computers in the library have been connected with the photocopiers. Users can use their own Octopus card for photocopying and digital printing. |

User Education |
| Library orientation programs are organized for new students at the beginning of each academic year. They aim to provide users with information on library resources effectively and efficiently. |

Internet Access |
| Personal computers with Internet access are provided inside the Library for staff and students to obtain up-to-date learning information for teaching and learning. |

Discussion rooms |
| The Library provides small rooms online booking service for staff and students to discuss their homework and work on their group projects. |
