    Professional Talent Development

As a discipline specialising in the training of business talents, we have been moving forward with innovation, creativity and vigor.  Our programmes and curriculum has been evolving with the changing economy and business contexts. Our goal is to nurture confident business professionals with solid business knowledge and skill-sets to excel in dynamic business environments.  Experiential learning programmes are also offered to encourage students to learn from real-life practices.

Student Work Experience (Work Ex) Programme

The Work Experience Programme enables students to get a taste of working life through attachment to different organisations. ‘Work Ex’ prepares students to adapt to the work environment after graduation, while enhancing their skill-sets on problem solving and team work, and developing positive working attitudes. The programme also enhances employability of students as participating organisations can identify the right talents for future employment.

    Diverse Career Opportunities

Our graduates enjoy a promising future with gainful employment as accountants, financial services or banking executives, management trainees, transport personnel as well as marketing, advertising and PR executives.  The employment rate of IVE Business Administration graduates in the past 2 years was about 90%.
