The Evening Studies Unit (ESU) is mainly responsible for the administration of the part-time evening courses. Our services include:
- To liaise with relevant academic departments / operational units for the delivery and coordination of evening studies programmes and other short courses
- To provide administrative support for part-time evening course admission, student registration and records;
- To handle human resources matters and process payments for part-time evening staff
- To monitor the evening programmes operations and provide counter services during evening session
- To facilitate budgeting and cost control
- To coordinate the work of electronic student feedback questionnaires survey (eSFQ)
- To provide support for other related administrative matters.
