The Department of Construction offers courses to prepare youngsters to work at middle managerial posts in construction industry. The Department adopts an approach which encourages students to develop effective communication skills as well as independent and creative thinking. Students are expected to master the ability to make rational decisions and develop the skills for management in an environment of continual change. The Department also offers courses to in-service technicians in the industry for career training and advancement. Graduates are expected to have ample opportunity for employment in relevant sectors of the construction industry.
