Welcome to the homepage of IVE (Tuen Mun)

Established in 1986, IVE (Tuen Mun) was formerly known as Tuen Mun Technical Institute. Since its establishment, IVE (Tuen Mun) has committed itself to providing quality full-time and part-time vocational education and training programmes for secondary school leavers as well as working adults, thereby meeting the education and training needs of various industries and preparing all-round graduates for society.

Currently there are four academic departments in IVE (Tuen Mun), namely, Department of Business Administration, Department of Construction, Department of Engineering and Department of Information Technology. We are proud to offer unique programmes in our campus, including Testing and Certification. Our Language Centre offers vocational language training on Chinese, English and Putonghua, while our Student Development Office organises courses and activities for students’ whole person development.

IVE (Tuen Mun) is devoted to providing students with rich learning experience. Working in close collaboration with the industry, professional stakeholders and education institutions, we offer students diverse learning experiences and opportunities such as workplace attachment, mainland/overseas exchanges and top-up degree programmes.

Moreover, IVE (Tuen Mun) offers advanced multi-media learning resources and facilities which support students’ independent learning. Our Learning Resources Centre has a total area of over 25,000 sq feet. Students can easily find all they need here for their self-learning so that they can better equip themselves for their career or further studies.
