IVE (Tsing Yi) has achieved Gold rating under BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0 Comprehensive Scheme issued by The Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited (HKGBC). BEAM Plus is the Hong Kong’s leading initiative to offer independent assessments of building sustainability performance. BEAM Plus Existing Buildings (EB) measures the actual performance of a building and evaluates its facility management practices. The assessment covers all aspects of management, operation and maintenance, and may be initiated at any time during a building’s operational life. Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence 2015

IVE(Tsing Yi) has been awarded the Certificate of Merit in the Public Services sector of the "Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence 2015" (HKAEE).

HKAEE are supported by the Environmental Campaign Committee and the Environmental Protection Department along with a variety of community groups. This Scheme aims to encourage organizations to adopt green management; to benchmark their commitments towards best practices within their sectors; and to recognize and acknowledge the efforts of leading organizations.

The award gives recognition to our overall performance towards environmental excellence and our efforts in environmental protection. We will continue to dedicate to green management.
